A working summary of how the office, the website, and our practice are set up. We update this page when something changes. If something is missing or unclear, please tell us.
The office
- The building has step-free entry from street level.
- Elevator access to the third floor.
- Single-occupant accessible washroom on the floor.
- One reserved accessible parking space behind the building.
- TTC: closest station is St. Clair West (Line 1, 5-minute walk). Bus 90 stops at the corner.
- The waiting area is quiet and unscented.
Online sessions
We use a PHIPA-compliant secure video platform that supports screen readers and offers automatic captions in English. Audio-only sessions by phone are available when video is not accessible. Online sessions cost the same as in-person.
This website
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. The site is keyboard navigable, uses semantic HTML, supports system-level reduced motion, and meets contrast minimums for body and accent text. If you find a barrier, please tell us.
Languages
Sessions are conducted in English. Some practitioners offer sessions in additional languages. Practitioner profiles list the languages available for clinical work.
